How To: Create a Custom Theme
Only administrators of a wiki can create a custom theme.
To create a custom theme:
- Go to the Site Manager
- Select Appearance in the left menu.
- From the menu that appears, choose Custom Theme
- Click on the [create a new theme] button.
- Type a name in the box marked Theme name:
- Any name will do
- Choose a theme to modify
- If you want to start from scratch, choose Base
- If you want to modify a theme you like, choose it here
- Type or copy and paste your custom theme code in the large text box marked CSS code:
- Finally, save the custom theme by clicking [save theme]
This only creates the theme. You must now set it as the default theme. See Change the Theme of a Wiki.
