Custom themes can be created using CSS. If you want to start with the bare minimum, use the base theme.
Simple Changes to Existing Themes
If you just want to change the background color of your wiki or make other simple changes to an existing theme, you can create a custom theme from an existing theme.
Theme Images
We recommend that you store all the images for your custom theme on a single page. That way you have them all in one place. You can also host your images elsewhere and reference their remote location in your theme's CSS code.
Theme Kits
A Theme Kit is a modification of an existing theme that includes all required CSS and images. Theme Kits were once under production by members of the Wikidot guild, however, this project has ceased temporarily while we get the guild site up.

The following themes have been highly requested. We will begin work on them as soon as we have time :
