This section of IGN’s Genshin Impact guide covers the four-star electro character Kuki Shinobu, or just Shinobu for short. Kuki Shinobu is a member of the Arataki gang alongside Itto and is expected to arrive as part of the delayed 2.7 update.
Kuki Shinobu Banner Release Date

The release date for the Kuki Shinobu banner is June 21, 2022. She will be part of Itto’s banner, Oni’s Royale, which will run during the second phase of version 2.7.
The Kuki Shinobu official trailer has now been released on the Genshin Impact YouTube channel.
Kuki Shinobu Skills

Normal Attack: Shinobu’s Shadow Sword
- Normal Attack: Perform up to four quick strikes
- Charged Attack: Uses stamina and unleashes two powerful sword swings
- Dive Attack: Strikes the ground from the air and deals AoE damage (via Impact of honey).
Kuki Shinobu Skill: Ring of Sanctification

Uses some of Kuki Shinobu’s HP to create a Ring of Sanctification Grass that follows your active character around and deals electrical damage every 1.5 seconds. The ring too restores your active character’s HP an amount that scales with Kuki Shinobu’s max HP.
Kuki Shinobu’s HP cannot be lowered beyond 20% using this skill.
Kuki Shinobu Elemental Burst: Gyoei Narukami Kariyama Rite
Creates an energy field that processes continuous electro damage based on Kuki Shinobu’s HP. If his HP is below 50%, the field will stay active longer.

| To break the seal | If a character with the grass ring active hits opponents with a normal, dipping, or charged attack, they apply a Thundergrass mark to the enemy, which deals Electro AoE damage equal to 9.7% of Shinobu’s max HP . |
| Cease courtesies | Increases Kariyama Rite level by three |
| To ward off weakness | When Kuki Shinobu takes damage that would reduce her HP to 0, she will not be knocked out. The effect triggers when his HP reaches 1 and can only occur once every 60 seconds.
When Shinobu’s HP drops below 25%, his Elemental Mastery increases by 150 for 15 seconds. This can also only happen once every 60 seconds. |
