Sacred Seals are essential for spellcasters who wish to maximize the power of their castings in Elden Ring. Throwing fireballs or thunderbolts from afar has its benefits, but downing a line of enemies with a charged Dragonfire will easily suffice.
This is where the Dragon Communion Seal comes in. It will turn spellcasters focusing on dragon communion incantations into true flamethrowers! The question is, where do we find it? We’ll tell you everything you need to know about how and where to get dragon communion seal in elden ring.
Dragon Communion Seal Location in Elden Ring
- Reach the Stranded Cemetery.
This will be the first grace site you encounter at the start of the game if you skipped the tutorial area.
- Enter the tomb of the Fringefolk hero.
Using two Stonesword Keys on the imp statue near Grace’s site will dissipate the misty fog on the stone arches. Now go down the wooden ladder on the right side and cross the poison water below. If you have the right amount of faith, you can use the Cure Poison incantation or bring a neutralizing bolus to purify your character. At the end of the hall, hang to the right for the next step.
- Go down the tunnel, being careful of the mechanized tank.
As you descend as the Mechanized Tank pulls away in the opposite direction, plan your descent from the safe spots to the sides of the tunnel. However, a few Spectral Exiled Soldiers will lurk in these recesses with their signature crossbow and sword, so be prepared to fight up close.
- Drop the ledge in the last safe place connected to the next area.
Wait for the mechanized tank to start moving up the tunnel before heading back down.
Sprint into the next section, turn left at the end, then turn right into another tunnel. You’ll hear the mechanized tank gaining on you before long, so find the nearest hiding place when you make your final turn on the right side.
- Going up the last stretch.
You’ll go back up and turn right again, but be careful when you decide to start running because a group of exile soldiers are waiting to ambush you. Start running as soon as the mechanized tank comes up the tunnel and head to one of the safe spots with exile soldiers around the corner.
The furthest spot spawns two, so you can jump on it early and let the one that spawns in the middle get run over by the tank. Exit the last in front of your place and go up while checking the position of the tank.
- Defeat the Banished Knight
If you’ve ever been to Stormveil Castle, you’re probably familiar with the Shield Banished Knight. This spectral version is identically armored from top to bottom, standing with a fair amount of poise, and can teleport with a gust of wind to lunge at you.
Crafting ways to stun the banished knight with a colossal weapon or stun him with a quick and effective one-handed weapon will dispatch him easily. Once defeated, you will earn the Dragon Communion Seal!
Dragon Fellowship Seal Stat Requirements
Now that the Dragon Communion Seal is in your inventory, you can equip it in your free hand slot on the equip screen if you have 10 Faith and 10 Arcane. Like the Finger Seal, the Dragon Communion Seal has no skills but will passively enhance all of your Dragon Communion casts by 15%. With that in mind, you can switch between different Holy Seals in the heat of battle without worry.
To take advantage of the Dragon Communion Seal, increase your Arcane and Faith attributes as you level up. But also don’t forget to upgrade the Dragon’s Communion Seal with the Dark Forge Stones you’ll find in the world. As you continue to improve it and plan your attribute allocation, you will see improvements in no time!
