Wikidot has three levels of administration: moderator, admin and superuser. A member of a wiki can be upgraded to either moderator or admin level in the Members section of the Site Manager.

Requirements

To become a moderator or admin, a member must be both a network member and a wiki member of the wiki to which he is given these permissions. For information about these membership levels, see membership.

Superuser

A superuser is a global admin that has admin permissions on all wikis on the network. In addition, private wikis are treated as public to the superuser.

Unfortunately, a superuser can't grant another member the superuser status — it has to be done manually. Therefore, WikiComplete only has one superuser — hartnell.
